Industry Fitness Training

As a new step into the complete club package this season, we are now offering additional training time on every practice day! Our club players can now sign up for training packages and can schedule their workouts on the same day of practice. With todays fast paced lifestyle and so many of our youth athletes participating in so many things, streamlining our training routine and providing same day access will help more of our club athletes take advantage of our top tier training. In the past training was always scheduled on off days from practice, now players can be in the gym 3-4 days a week and still get 3-4 practices and 3-4 training sessions in. This frees up more days in the week for academic and family demands as well as giving players more down time so that the time they spend in the gym will be even more focused. With two sports nutritionists and multiple personal trainers on staff our training continues to lead the way in the club environment.

With 2 day, 3 day and 4 day a week programs for our sport specific athletes, we've got programs to cover all types. Weight training will take your game to the next level and can be loads of fun in the process when done correctly. Industry Health & wellness training

For anyone looking to get back into athletics or just searching for the ideal health, weight and fitness, our wellness training programs will help you achieve and sustain your goals. Our entry level sample program is a great combination of mobility work, PNF patterns to help restore proper movement and placement in rounded shoulders and rotated hips, and is combined in a series that gets you warmed up, into a working heart rate period and cooled down all in one routine.

All components of athletic enhancement. From Olympic lifting to plyometric training we help athletes unlock their true potential while maintaining peak health and performance.
